How do I release my print job?

Once a file has been sent to print, the file is held in the queue. The print job can be released at the nearest mulit-function printer (MFP) or print release station.

Print Release Station Process

  1. On a Print Release Station, swipe your RUID or Raider card. The screen will change to show a list of the print jobs currently in this queue.

  2. From this screen, you can then select to print or cancel the jobs. You will also be able to view the current balance, the page count, and the cost of your jobs. Please note that the print balance shown is the combined amount available between the OIT-provided balance and any funds on either your RU Express account or Raider Dollar Account.
