You can manage your print jobs by using the PaperCut tool. To use PaperCut to manage print jobs, visit the PaperCut website and enter your NetID and password. Please note if you would like to access this while off campus, this will require logging into the VPN first.

Once you’re signed in, you will see the following options listed on the left hand side:

• Summary: Shows current balances, including both the OIT-provided print balance and your RU Express balance, as well as the number of print jobs and pages printed. Note that the the RU Express balance will not be used for printing until the OIT-provided balance has been exhausted.
• Rates: Shows the rates per sheet of each print queue.
• Transaction History: Shows a list of previous transactions for this account.
• Recent Print Jobs: Shows recent print jobs
