The Technical Support Services group of the Office of Information Technology provides computing support to Rutgers departments including:
- Departments requiring desktop support services
- Unit may require supplemental support during major projects
- Assistance hiring technical staff
Services are available through hourly, annual and per device engagements. Whatever technical challenge a department may be facing, the professional staff of the OIT Technical Support Services group are a local resource with the experience to provide solutions.
