The Admin Portal page contains links to information and webtools which may be of use to Mailman Owners/Administrators. It requires a unique RU netID to login.
All Mailman Webtools require a Rutgers NetID to login. No central authority exists to determine who owns which usernames on which systems and Mailman has no way to determine if a 'email@example.com' is the same person as 'firstname.lastname@example.org'. In order to improve security, Mailman has adopted the Rutgers University Network Identifier, developed by the Office of Information Technology.
If you do not have an account on one of those systems, you may be eligible to create a email@example.com account. You can do this by going to Rutgers University Network Identifier web page and activating your NetID.
You may leave comments or suggestions regarding the Mailman service and/or customer support for the service (including this manual) by following this link.

This is a link to the information page about the Rutgers Mailman Admins Forum mailing list. This list is intended to facillitate communication and discussion among list adminstrators/owners of Mailman lists at Rutgers. While Rutgers staff do watch the list, it is not an official part of support for Mailman.
